An interesting trip to the City where money lives

After checking my schedule, i notice i do not have any other weekdays which i am free during office hour... So i decide to rush back to KL today... ( just incase you are guessing.. please KL is not the city where money lives)

I visited... need to do some banking...(although in the end.....was too late to deposit some cash)...but in the process of waiting for my turn.. i saw 2 interesting person which makes me think... how diversify people can be?

I saw 2 noisy customer over there.. both for different reason..one a shanghainese... (i think).. wants a replacement for his expired credit card...

While the other, is a middle age lady..unhappy with how she is treated in citibank....

Indeed both of them.. made quite a noise there....but the bank officers there show quite some patience in dealing with them...

But then again why i find them interesting....? Is how they leave...

the shanghainese...(looks like a rich businessman) left... thanking everyone for trying helping him solve his problem..

The other ..the lady...keep on saying she wants to complain to the manager...

Started with "I cant take this i want to see your manager..." and end it with about the same phrase...

I wonder if i were in their shoes.. how would i react...? No idea. but i am sure.. i respect how the shanghainese behaved...haha
